Abstract

The EBA Graduate Program was created by the members of the Departamento de Integração Cultural, today called Departamento de História daArte, and celebrates in 2008 its 22nd anniversary. In its trajectory is included strong dedication and hard work of various professors, focused on the extension of the studies on History and Theory of Art, and on investigating the debates on visual arts production in Brazil. This article shows the paths of the History of Art Program for Postgraduates in Rio de Janeiro and also its academic and cultural importance nowadays.
