The main of this text is to clarify how the clinical listening of the pain and the suffering appear as issues to be cared for in psychological clinic. We show how psychologists to study theme such as Frederick Buytendijk and Brice think the theme, it in an attempt to differentiate these two affections, is to point to the essence that sustains the pain of grief. We resort the philosophy of Kierkegaard, Foucault, Heidegger, Han and Fogel to dialogue with these authors on the subject. We seek also in literature and poetry insights so that we could get closer to the experience of these affections. Finally, we clarify about de clinical listening in clinic in two situations in which pain and suffering appear for the loss of two loved ones. In the first clinical situation, the pain shows thought in its expression of the sad, acceptation and resignation. In the second, it appears thought the suffering by the resentment, frustration and revolt.
