A Antropologia Negativa de Maquiavel
Abstract
Abstract
This article analyses some machiavellian's propositions concerning human nature, particularly those affirming our natural evil character. Our hypothesis is that we have no true anthropology in Machiavelli. We try to demonstrate that he uses anthropological considerations as a "negative term" to avoid mistakes made by those who believes that we can understand historical human actions taking in account moral human predicates.
