Literacia digital de cidadãos e profissionais de saúde no contexto de soluções baseadas em eHealth
uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Literacia digital consiste na capacidade de utilizar tecnologias digitais de maneira eficaz. Dada sua importância na contemporaneidade, o objetivo deste estudo foi analisar como a literatura aborda a literacia digital de cidadãos e de profissionais da saúde com relação ao uso de soluções baseadas em saúde eletrônica (eHealth). Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura que seguiu o protocolo PRISMA. Os achados demonstraram que houve um crescimento no número de publicações relacionadas à literacia digital aplicada ao contexto da saúde no período de 2019 a 2023. Diante dos resultados obtidos, esta revisão pode ser útil a gestores e formuladores de políticas públicas da área da saúde no que se refere à adoção de sistemas eHealth. Ademais, este estudo oferece contribuições à sociedade e motiva a criação de políticas públicas que invistam na capacitação e literacia digital, tanto dos profissionais de saúde quanto dos cidadãos usuários dos serviços públicos de saúde.
